With a national network of over 1000 specialist dealers, the RGM business has seen rapid growth over the last 3 years which ultimately led to challenges in the warehouse. As the product range increased it was soon obvious that additional pallet locations would be needed. Container loads had to be stored on the floor in the aisles, which gave problems with stock access, rotation, picking and a potential health and safety hazard; so with the prospect of an expensive extension looming, it was left to Bendi to offer an innovative solution.
